Return policy

To start the return process for your order, please contact us at info@spacewood.co.uk. Include your order number and the name of the item you'd like to return. You will get a confirmation email with the shipping instructions once the return request is processed.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. They must be unused and in their original packaging.

Are there any charges for return?

There are no additional charges for returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the status of your refund. We aim to have all refunds processed within 10 working days from the date the returned item(s) is received at our warehouse.
